House Rules
1. Please respect our neighbors!
We are in a very friendly neighborhood but want to respect the ones living there full time. Please limit noise from the hours of 10pm-8am.
2. No smoking inside, on the lower deck, or on the upper deck. Smoking is only allowed by the fire pit located below the parking area.
3. Please do not move or rearrange any furniture.
4. No parties or events.
5. Take all sporting equipment around the house to the lower deck (racks provided). Please do not bring any equipment inside.
For all rules, there will be a $100 fine per violation.
